salmon topping

1/2 c. Mayo
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
1/8 to 1/4 tsp chipotle chile pepper.

Mix all ingredients and slather on skinless salmon. Broil, bake or grill. Serve leftover sauce on the side, it’s yummy.

scale back amounts if you are only serving a few.
