Cut to size, place in an oiled dish, and roast as usual. Reslt is the best I have ever had.<br \/>\nFor smashed potatoes 6-8 minutes then placed on a board and flattened using a folded tea towel. Season, oil, and roast as usual.<br \/>\nMashed potatoes take around 8 minutes then left to cool and skin peeled off.
