Combine all ingredients, including cooked onions in a large bowl. Turn into an oiled loaf pan.<\/p>\n<p>Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot with mushroom gravy.<\/p>\n<p>Mushroom Gravy<\/p>\n<p>1 cup chopped mushrooms<br \/>\n1\/4 cup onions, diced<br \/>\n1 tsp olive or canola oil<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups water<br \/>\n1\/4 cup cornstarch (dissolved in 1\/2 cup water)<br \/>\n2 Tbsp miso<br \/>\n3 Tbsp Braggs or soy sauce<br \/>\n1 clove garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp each sage and thyme<br \/>\nPepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00c3\u00a9 mushrooms and onions in oil for about 5 minutes. Combine cornstarch with \u00c2\u00bd cup of water. Add all ingredients to mushroom, onion mixture. Stir constantly until gravy thickens.
