Dijon mustard<br \/>\n1\tTbsp. Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n2\ttsps. parsley<br \/>\n1\tcup mayonnaise<br \/>\njuice from \u00bd of one lemon<br \/>\n1\ttsp. dry mustard<br \/>\n2\teggs<br \/>\n1\tTbsp. Old Bay seasonong<br \/>\n1\tTbsp. melted, salted butter<\/p>\n<p>1. Clean crabmeat and set aside.<br \/>\n2. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in the order listed and mix thoroughly.<br \/>\n3. Add crab meat and gently fold in so as not to break the lumps.<br \/>\n4. Portion out into 8 crab cakes of equal proportion.<br \/>\n5. Can be cooked either of two ways:<br \/>\n6. Broil in a heated broiler in a shallow baking dish with a small amount of water for about 10 minutes, careful not to burn.<br \/>\n7. Or saute in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides.<\/p>\n<p>Tartar Sauce:<br \/>\n1 cup mayonnaise<br \/>\n1\/3 cup small capers<br \/>\n1\/3 cup roasted peppers, diced fine<br \/>\n1 tsp. lemon juice<br \/>\nChop capers and peppers and mix well in a bowl with lemon. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 lb. of jumbo crab meat 1 lb. of sweet crab claw meat 30 butter style crackers, crushed into crumbs 2 Tbsps.
