{"id":2537,"date":"2013-12-25T19:48:36","date_gmt":"2013-12-26T00:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/?p=2537"},"modified":"2013-12-25T19:48:36","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T00:48:36","slug":"garlicky-kale-from-whole-foods","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/2013\/12\/25\/garlicky-kale-from-whole-foods\/","title":{"rendered":"garlicky kale from whole foods"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 bunch raw kale, washed, de-stemmed and dried<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons tahini<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or water)<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons lemon juice<br \/>\n2 Tablespoons Bragg\u2019s liquid aminos (tamari or soy sauce would work too)<br \/>\n4 Tablespoons nutritional yeast<br \/>\n2 teaspoons minced garlic (1 \u2013 2 cloves of garlic)<br \/>\nsesame seeds, to taste as garish (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Break or cut kale into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl.<br \/>\nPuree all ingredients except kale and sesame seeds in a blender or food processor to blend the dressing.<br \/>\nPour dressing over kale and massage into the kale with your hands until all pieces of kale are coated.<br \/>\nLet the salad sit in the fridge for an hour or so to marinate.
