{"id":247,"date":"2009-09-14T10:51:48","date_gmt":"2009-09-14T14:51:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/?p=247"},"modified":"2009-09-14T10:51:48","modified_gmt":"2009-09-14T14:51:48","slug":"harvest-stew-vermont","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/2009\/09\/14\/harvest-stew-vermont\/","title":{"rendered":"Harvest Stew &#8211; Vermont"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Traditional end-of-summer dish from Chili<\/p>\n<p>1 onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 clove of garlic, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 tsp. chili powder<br \/>\n2 finely chopped hot green peppers or 1 small can diced green chilies<br \/>\n1 1\/2 c. chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned)<br \/>\n2 c. peeled and cubed pumpkin<br \/>\n2 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned)<br \/>\n2 c. cooked white beans<br \/>\n1\/2 -1 tsp. oregano<br \/>\nsalt &#038; pepper<\/p>\n<p>Combine in a sauce pan and cook until tender onion, garlic, chili powder, green peppers, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Add 1 1\/2 c. tomatoes, pumpkin, corn, and white beans.
