{"id":1890,"date":"2012-12-17T13:12:57","date_gmt":"2012-12-17T18:12:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/?p=1890"},"modified":"2012-12-17T13:12:57","modified_gmt":"2012-12-17T18:12:57","slug":"fresh-salmon-tartare-ina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/2012\/12\/17\/fresh-salmon-tartare-ina\/","title":{"rendered":"Fresh Salmon Tartare &#8212; Ina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 pound skinless fresh salmon fillet<br \/>\n1\/2 pound smoked salmon, thickly sliced<br \/>\n1\/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (3 limes)<br \/>\n1\/3 cup minced shallots (2 shallots)<br \/>\n2 tablespoons good olive oil<br \/>\n1\/4 cup minced fresh dill<br \/>\n3 tablespoons drained capers<br \/>\n2 tablespoons Dijon mustard<br \/>\n1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard<br \/>\n2 teaspoons kosher salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper<br \/>\n1 loaf seven-grain bread, thinly sliced and toasted, for serving<\/p>\n<p>Cut the fresh salmon and the smoked salmon in 1\/4-inch dice. Place the salmon in a mixing bowl and add the lime juice, shallots, olive oil, dill, capers, two mustards, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a few hours for the salmon to marinate.<\/p>\n<p>When ready to serve, toast the bread and taste the salmon for seasonings.
