{"id":1144,"date":"2011-05-19T18:41:21","date_gmt":"2011-05-19T22:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/?p=1144"},"modified":"2011-05-19T18:41:21","modified_gmt":"2011-05-19T22:41:21","slug":"tuna-noodle-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/2011\/05\/19\/tuna-noodle-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuna Noodle Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>6 ounces noodles, cooked according to directions and drained<br \/>\n6 1\/2 &#8211; 7 oz. can of water packed tuna, drained<br \/>\n1\/2 c. mayonnaise<br \/>\n1 c. chopped celery<br \/>\n1\/3 c. chopped onion<br \/>\n1\/4 c. chopped green pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 c. chopped pimento<br \/>\n10 1\/2. oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup<br \/>\n1\/2 c. milk<br \/>\n4 oz. grated cheddar cheese<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 c. toasted sliced almonds (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Combine noodles, tuna, mayo, celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and salt &#038; pepper to taste. <\/p>\n<p>Blend soup and milk in a saucepan and heat through. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Add this mixture to the tuna mixture and turn into a greased 2 quart casserole.
