{"id":104,"date":"2009-09-07T16:48:13","date_gmt":"2009-09-07T20:48:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/?p=104"},"modified":"2010-03-08T12:36:01","modified_gmt":"2010-03-08T17:36:01","slug":"barbeque-marinated-brie-maggie-johnson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimbly.com\/wordpress\/2009\/09\/07\/barbeque-marinated-brie-maggie-johnson\/","title":{"rendered":"Barbeque Marinated Brie &#8211; Maggie Johnson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tbsp veggie oil<br \/>\n1\/2 c. finely chopped red pepper (or 1\/4c green and 1\/4 c red)<br \/>\n1 tbsp finely chopped parsley<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 tsp dijon mustard<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n8-ounce wheel Brie or Camebert<br \/>\ncrackers or french bread<\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients except cheese and bread or crackers, mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Place cheese wheel in a shallow glass bowl and poke full of holes with a fork. Pour marinade over cheese. Cover and let sit in frig for at least 2 hours, or overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Heat grill to medium (about 350 degrees). Place a piece of foil on the grill and poke holes in the foil with a skewer. Place cheese on th efoil.<\/p>\n<p>Heat until cheese starts to buldge around the edges and centre is soft, about 15 minutes.
