Then stir in the oats, currants, syrup, and salt; stir until the oats are toasted and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Stir in 3 \u00bc cups water, cover, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes; then release the remaining pressure manually.
