multigrain bread

2 c bread flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast
2/3 c grains
1 tbsp olive oil
14 oz tap water

11/19-increased salt to 1 1/2 tsp.

bake at 450 for 30 min with top on, remove top and bake an additional 15 min.
