Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste from thisoldgal.com

4 oz Fresh Ginger Root peeled
4 oz Fresh Garlic peeled
1-2 tsp Fresh Water
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 4 oz Mason Jars
1 Covered Ice Cube Tray

Place all ingredients into Vitamix, Blender or Food Processor and process until slightly smooth.
Store in refrigerator in a covered glass vessel or freeze for later use.
