1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, chilled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3-5 tablespoons ice water
1 lemon, zest finely grated
save 1/4 tsp for filling
