1/2 pound crabmeat
1/2 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon tangerine peel
2/3 cup tangerine
1/2 cup tomatoes
2 tablespoons purple onions
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon jalapeno
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients in a bowl, toss gently. Cover and Chill. Serving Size: 8 Serve with Tortilla Chips.
